Description
Tryptic Soy Agar (TSA), also known as Casein Soya Bean Digest Agar, is a non-selective isolation medium used for the enumeration of bacteria and fungi from various materials, environmental and personnel hygiene monitoring, and preparation of reference strains for growth promotion testing of culture media. This irradiated (9–20 kGy), triple-wrapped format is particularly suited to use in isolators and clean rooms.

Storage & Shelf Life
- Store at 10–25°C away from light
- 140 mm plates: 6 months; 55 mm contact plates and 90 mm plates: 9 months
- Do not use beyond the expiry date or if the product shows signs of contamination or deterioration
