Genital System (ref. 74156), a system for detection, count and susceptibility testing of pathogenic urogenital microorganisms. KIT CONTENT • 1 x 10 ml vial of Kovac's Reagent. • 2 x 50 strips of Oxidase Test Stick in plastic tubes. • 2 x 50 ml bottles of Vaseline Oil. • 1 empty dropper bottle. METHOD PRINCIPLE Kovac's Reagent is used to carry out the indole test into the well 17-PRO. Oxidase Test is used with the liquid taken from the well 22-NES in order.
