Description Antibiotic Test REF 80350 is a qualitative disc-based device for detecting residual antimicrobial substances in urine, milk, and other biological fluids. Each disc is impregnated with living spores of Bacillus subtilis ATCC® 6633 and a TTC-based dry culture medium. In the absence of antimicrobial activity, spores germinate and reduce TTC to formazan, producing a visible red colour. Inhibition of colour development indicates the presence of antimicrobial substances above the method's detection threshold. Manufactured by Liofilchem®. Available as 50 tests (2 × 25 disc cartridges + 50 plastic tubes). Test Procedure Allow cartridge.
