The composition of the culture medium complies with the recommendations of the harmonized chapter of the United States (USP), European (EP) and Japanese (JP) Pharmacopoeia with the addition of lecithin. TYPICAL FORMULA* (Per Litre of Purified Water) Casein Peptone 15.0 g Soy Peptone 5.0 g Sodium Chloride 5.0 g Lecithin 0.7 g Agar 15.0 g Final pH 7.3 ± 0.2 at 25°C *Adjusted and/or supplemented as required to meet performance.
