Sample handling workflow
- Preparation: Suspended 23.0 g of powder in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water. Heat to boiling to dissolve completely. Sterilize in autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Dispense in Petri dishes.
- Procedure: Inoculate with isolated colonies or a loopful of pure culture from broth. Streak for isolation. Incubate aerobically at 35 ± 2°C for 18-24 hours or longer if necessary.
